Three musicians, one projector. Nils Berg Cinemascope has been active for over a decade.
We use videos collected by our friends from all over the world, cutting, merging, and reconstructing them while performing live music.
By doing so, we hope to make the world feel a little smaller.

Our dream is to convey messages of love, joy, tears, and happiness across language barriers.
And to communicate that humans, plants, and animals all share this wonderful world.
Furthermore, we believe that together, we can make this world an even better place.

Why did you choose this color?
Please tell me in your own words about your thoughts on this color and any personal connection you have to it.

We love yellow. Yellow is the color of the sun. Yellow is warm, yellow is happy.
It's the color of beautiful honey, sunflowers, and lemons.

Please tell us why you chose this design, your particular points ofこだわり, and how you'd like to wear it.

Cinemascope Monster Tee

This Cinemascope Monster came to life when our long-time friend and collaborator, Sanna Haverinen, made a pin badge for us a few years ago. She is always the one who breathes life into new characters.

When I first met Sanna at a party many years ago, we were talking about pigs and cats.
Since then, new animals and characters have always "wanted to be born" from her.

This little bug-like monster is currently "trick-or-treating."
If you don't give it candy, it might start singing a very silly song.

Cinemascope Handwritten Tee

I am very drawn to her "handwriting."
In fact, I think handwriting itself is a truly beautiful expression. Just by looking at the letters, I feel like I can get very close to that person. Within just a few lines, there is personality, color, and a kind of vibration.

These T-shirts are for starting a new day.
If you move your body wearing this yellow, warm clothing, you yourself will become like the rising sun.

They are also like a "charm" when you step into the unknown.
Wherever you go, a little extra yellow, warm energy will surely support you.

03.What motivated you to participate in this project?

We love the uncertainty of "not knowing what tomorrow will bring."
Who would have imagined that our friends in Japan would ask us to "choose a favorite color"?
And that it would lead to such a yellow adventure.

We want more monsters in the world.
More gentle monsters.

This one is a monster, but it's a very sweet one.
I think it's much more beneficial to the world than many politicians today — those who "pretend to be good people."
This one is the opposite.
It's a gentle little monster that pretends to be scary.
