CYCは、“色”を通して人とファッション、そして社会をつなぐプロジェクトです。
YOUR（あなた）とは、服を着る人、つくる人、表現する人、
すべての「色で楽しむ人たち」を指しています。
それぞれの「色」が交わり、日常の中に新しい循環が生まれていきます。
“色”は光の波長から生まれる現象でありながら、感情や記憶、文化、アイデンティティにも深く結びついた存在です。
季節を感じ、心を映し、誰かと共有される“色”には、単なる視覚を超えた力があります。
“色”という言葉の語源には、重なりや移ろいを意味する説があります。
布に幾層もの糸が織り重なるように、人の想いや個性も社会の中で交わりながら形をつくっていく。
CYCは、その重なりの美しさをデザインします。
CYC 10 COLORS
CYC's inaugural project, "10 COLORS," is an endeavor comprised of ten fabric colors and ten color collaborators.
While "color" is the wavelength of light, it is also a memory of the heart and a symbol of culture.
There are as many interpretations of "color" as there are human senses, with no single right answer or boundary.
CYC arranges this diversity on a single palette,
and through the "expression of color" of each of the ten individuals, paints a new landscape in everyday life.
The fabric used is the recycled material COCYLE.
Design that begins with "choosing" rather than "creating."
It discovers new expressions within existing colors.
"10 COLORS" is a project that celebrates "color individuality" through fashion.
It is also the first step in the "circulating beauty" that CYC envisions.
